Timber is a great big sweetheart! His previous owner became too disabled to properly care for him, so he is looking for a new home. He wants to be part of the family, and have the regular opportunity to get plenty of exercise and have FUN!

Right now, Timber needs a FOSTER HOME to spend time in and be loved while he awaits his 'Furever' home. If you are set up and available to provide excellent care for this guy (at no expense to yourself), please contact Suzanne at 530 335-2192

We haven't been able to get Timber in to see the vet yet, so he is not available for adoption until after his appointment on August 7, when we'll have a clearer picture of his total health picture. Timber needs basic leash training, and a securely fenced yard to be able to romp and play. He gets along with other friendly dogs, and seems to greet new humans with happy enthusiasm. We don't know how he is around cats, and we'd say he's probably too big to be good around tiny kids, just because he'd easily knock them down just being his happy self. Timber is housetrained and will be up to date on vaccinations, along with being tested for heartworm and on monthly prevention.
