Hi, my foster mom has named me Bandit. But you can call me Smart, Loving, Tall, and Fun as well.
I’m a 1 1/2 year old German Shepherd Dog with perhaps a bit of Great Dane tossed in. I adore other dogs and would so love a canine companion to join me in my romps. And people: oh, I love them so, though I don’t realize how large I am. So a family with older children might be best for me. At 75 lbs, I’m a bit large for a lap dog--but I love to snuggle in your lap if you let me.
I have one damaged eye and cannot see out of it. Also my lower jaw is a bit deformed but that doesn’t stop me from eating. The veterinarian who has taken care of me (and said I was a great dog, by the way) thinks that perhaps my mama stepped on my face when I was just born. But it doesn’t bother me at all or slow me down.
I’ve learned to sit, to come, and I’m working on stay and down. I’m also totally housetrained. I would love an active family who can appreciate my love of life.
Of course I’m neutered, microchipped, and vaccinated. Won’t you call to meet me today?
P.S. If I'm going to be spending time unsupervised in a yard, I need to have at least a 5' high fence!
