Jake needs new home, as his owner just passed away. He is a neutered male 6-year old purebred Australian Shepherd. He is tri-colored with longer hair, up-to-date on all vaccines, on HW prevention, microchipped, housetrained, crate trained, pure bred. Jake has not had obedience training, but knows basic commands like, sit, stay and come. Jake is used to being indoor and outdoor, but must have a securely FENCED yard. He has an average activity level. He is good with dogs, (including small dogs), cats and birds, but not so good with children and men. He travels in the car fairly well, he does not bark excessively, can be a little shy, not a biter. Does not dig, chew destructively, does not jump fences. He has not killed any chickens or livestock that we are aware of.
